Cub
Cub
by Ian J. Novotny
The Piper Cub, most likely, one of the only airplanes, which has become a
household word, since its introduction in the late 1930’s.
This picture was taken at a still small airport in Stanton, Minnesota. Stanton
is where my Grandfather learned to fly in the mid-fifties, in a J-3 Piper Cub,
N8482M, which is still airworthy and flying out of Iowa.
